Jasmine Rice In Pressure Cooker

Ingredients:
2 Cups Jasmine Rice (or how much you need, just make sure to use a 1:1 ratio of rice to liquid)
2 Cups Water or Broth
Optional: lime juice, butter
Instructions:
Pour rice and water or broth into the pot of the Ninja Foodi or a Pressure Cooker. Make sure to stir so that all of the rice is submerged.
If flavoring- add your butter and lime juice now.
Secure the pressure cooker lid and turn nozzle to SEAL.
Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Natural release (do nothing) for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, move the nozzle to VENT.
Add salt, pepper, cilantro, or any flavors of your choice. The possibilities are endless!
