Nikki is Barbell Logic’s Director of Client Experience and a Strength & Nutrition Coach.

She is a master at genuinely connecting with her clients. She identifies what it takes to drive a person to make incredible changes and goes above and beyond to support them. She specializes in working with women pre-and postnatal, those in the military, and people wanting to lose or gain weight. Nikki also has a knack for competitive lifters, coaching many through state, regional, and national meets, and multiple clients have set powerlifting state records.

Being a mom is Nikki’s favorite thing in the entire world. Through personal experience of training throughout her pregnancies and postpartum training, she has developed a HUGE passion for working with other Mamas and soon-to-be Mamas. She understands how to guide them through their training, helping fit it into their busy lifestyles, balance those energy demands, and keep them safe and strong.

She also understands the importance of developing healthy lifestyle habits through Nutrition Coaching, no matter the client’s goals. She enjoys sharing recipes, guiding clients through their nutrition with habit progressions and/or macro tracking, and giving them the accountability they need to reach their goals. She loves watching a client transform, not just physically but also mentally. Knowing she had a role in improving someone’s overall quality of life is so rewarding!

In addition to nutrition coaching, she also specializes in baby-led weaning. When you have Nikki as your nutrition coach, it involves the whole family, literally! She would love to offer guidance as you start your 6-month-old on solids, and she has all the toddler tricks. Cooking and eating healthy should be fun for the whole family. It will also save you time when your kids eat what you eat. No picky eaters allowed over here!

Nikki understands the unique fitness requirements of the different service branches for military clients. She has been privileged to coach service members—both deployed and at home—helping prepare them for physical fitness tests while maintaining their strength. Her husband is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army, so she understands the demands of being in a military family.

Her certifications include the Professional Barbell Coach, Starting Strength Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Level 2, USAW, and NASM. She holds a BS in the Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
