Air Fryer Sweet Chili Salmon

I honestly winged this one, but what makes air fryer salmon SO easy, is that measurements don’t have to be exact! Just brush or sprinkle on and you are good to go!

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Fillets (I usually cook a whole frozen bag, after thawing overnight in the fridge)

  • Pepper

  • Sweet Chili Sauce (my favorite is the Panda Express bottle)

  • Low-sodium soy sauce

  • Paprika

  • Optional: Green onions, chopped, for topping

  • Optional: Sesame seeds, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel.

  2. Season with pepper to taste.

  3. Generously baste the fillets with Sweet Chili Sauce and soy sauce.

  4. Sprinkle with Paprika.

  5. Spray the air fryer basket and preheat to 400 degrees.

  6. Cook the fillets for 7-8 minutes, depending on thickness. When done, it should be flaky when checking with a fork.

  7. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with Jasmine Rice and a veggie. For perfect rice every time, follow these steps.
