White Chocolate Brownie Protein Energy Balls (With lactation benefits!)
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
3 scoops protein powder (I used Chocolate brownie)
1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsps brewer’s yeast
1 Tbsp PB2 powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsps honey
½ cup sugar-free syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ cup Lily’s white chocolate chips (could also use chocolate!)
Optional: Depending on your protein powder, if it is not a moldable consistency yet, you may need to add 1 Tbsp peanut butter
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (besides the chocolate) into a food processor and blend.
After it has a moldable consistency, scoop into a bowl and fold in the chips.
Scoop out and roll into balls.
Store in the fridge!
