White Chocolate Brownie Protein Energy Balls (With lactation benefits!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 3 scoops protein powder (I used Chocolate brownie)

  • 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 Tbsps brewer’s yeast

  • 1 Tbsp PB2 powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsps honey

  • ½ cup sugar-free syrup

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ cup Lily’s white chocolate chips (could also use chocolate!)

  • Optional: Depending on your protein powder, if it is not a moldable consistency yet, you may need to add 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (besides the chocolate) into a food processor and blend.

  2. After it has a moldable consistency, scoop into a bowl and fold in the chips.

  3. Scoop out and roll into balls.

  4. Store in the fridge!
