S’mores Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs + extra to roll the balls in

  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 Cups Marshmallow Bits, or mini marshmallows

  • 2 Tbsp Mini White Chocolate Chips (can also use regular!)

  • 4-6 Tbsp fat-free Fairlife, or your choice of milk

Instructions:

  1. Line a small plate or dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  3. Slowly add the milk, stirring in gradually, until the mixture resembles a cookie dough. You want the texture to be something you can handle when forming into a ball and that the extra graham cracker crumbs will stick to. Note: When slowly adding, remember that a little goes a long way when you get close to the end. Give it a chance to form before adding in more.

  4. Divide into balls (should make 6-7) and roll them between your palms to form smooth protein bites.

  5. Roll the balls in the extra graham cracker crumbs.

  6. Place them on the parchment paper and refrigerate. Overnight yields the best results, but you can still eat much sooner!
