Marinated Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • Brussels Sprouts, about 1lb

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika

  • Garlic salt

  • Garlic powder, to sprinkle on top

  • Parmesan cheese, optional topping

Instructions:

  1. Half or quarter the Brussels Sprouts.

  2. Combine everything in a gallon zip lock bag except for the garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

  3. Toss to make sure they are fully coated. Depending on the amount of Brussels Sprouts, add more ingredients if needed.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400.

  6. Place Brussels Sprouts onto a baking sheet and spray with a little more olive oil. Sprinkle on garlic powder.

  7. Bake for 25-30min. The fork should go through, but cook to the crispiness you prefer!

  8. Top with parmesan cheese if you wish!
