Crockpot Italian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of low-sodium pasta sauce

  • 1 jar of Alfredo sauce

  • 1-1 1/2lbs thin-sliced chicken breasts

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • Garlic powder, to taste

  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

  • 1-2 boxes of chickpea pasta

  • 1-2 bags shredded mozzarella

  • Shredded parmesan, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Add the sauce and chicken to your crockpot.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & red pepper flakes. Mix it all together then cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours.

  3. Cook the pasta on the stove per the instructions on the box.

  4. Once cooked, shred your chicken.

  5. Mix in the cooked pasta.

  6. Add mozzarella on top, cover, and let the cheese melt.

  7. Top with shredded parmesan and more chili pepper flakes.
