Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup fat-free Fairlife Milk (the kiddos get Growing Years whole milk. Chocolate Fairlife also tastes yummy here, bottom row in the picture!)

  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla fat-free Greek Yogurt (the kiddos get regular yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • I scoop of Protein Powder, your choice of flavor

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and stir it until it's all combined. We mix and store these in Mason Jars for the week.

  2. Let it soak in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and warm them in the microwave. We top ours with frozen blueberries before heating; that is the kiddos’ favorite!
