Blueberry & Banana Overnight Oats

We multiply this by 8 to hopefully get a few days with our kids 🤣 They gobble it up!

In the picture, the top row is the Banana Bread flavor! (If you want more of a banana bread flavor, wait to add blueberries after it soaks overnight.)

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup fat-free Fairlife Milk (the kiddos get Growing Years whole milk. Chocolate Fairlife also tastes yummy here, bottom row in the picture!)

  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla fat-free Greek Yogurt (the kiddos get regular yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

  • 4

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • I/2 scoop of Protein Powder, your choice of flavor

  • 1-2 cups frozen blueberries (If you want more of a banana bread flavor, wait to add blueberries after it soaks overnight.)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until it's all combined. Add more oats if you want a thicker consistency. It does thicken up overnight.

  2. We store these in Mason Jars for the week or a large tupperware.

  3. Let it soak in the fridge overnight.

  4. Heat in the microwave when you are ready to eat them. (unless you are my weirdo kids and prefer them cold lol)
