Banana Bread Overnight Oats

We multiply this by 8-10 to hopefully get a few days with our kids 🤣 They gobble it up!

Note: In the picture, the top row is the Banana Bread flavor!

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup fat-free Fairlife Milk (the kiddos get Growing Years whole milk. Chocolate Fairlife also tastes yummy here, bottom row in the picture!)

  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla fat-free Greek Yogurt (the kiddos get regular yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • I scoop of Protein Powder, your choice of flavor

  • Frozen blueberries, to mix in or add as a topping

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and stir until it's all combined. We mix and store these in Mason Jars for the week.

  2. Let it soak in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and warm them in the microwave. If you haven’t already mixed in frozen blueberries, we top ours with them before heating; that is the kiddos’ favorite!
