Fruity Pebbles

Equipment needed:

  • Ninja Creami (I have the Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-n-1)

  • Pints (it comes with 2, but you will want more!)

  • Blender

  • Optional: a thermos to eat it in. It keeps it from melting as fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Vanilla Fairlife Core Power

  • 1 scoop Fruity Cereal Protein Powder (I have MyProtein)

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

  • 1 tsp Swerve sweetener, or your choice

  • Mix-ins: Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • Toppings: Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions:

  1. Blend all of your ingredients.

  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint.

  3. I label it with these and use a chalk marker.

  4. Freeze for 24 hours.

  5. Remove the lid and place on the Lite Ice Cream setting.

  6. It will look powdery after the first spin. You will need to respin a couple of times until you get the consistency you want.

  7. Optional: Make a small hole and add a heaping Tbsp of low-fat cottage cheese on the first respin. It is a little trial and error at first until you find what YOU like. Cottage cheese always makes it nice and creamy. I’ve made mine plenty of times without any, too!

  8. Save your last respin for your mix-ins. Make a hole in the middle and add your fruity pebbles. Choose “mix-ins” to run it one more time.

  9. Add your toppings and enjoy!
