Cherry Cheesecake

Equipment needed:

  • Ninja Creami (I have the Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-n-1)

  • Pints (it comes with 2, but you will want more!)

  • Blender

  • Optional: a thermos to eat it in. It keeps it from melting as fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Vanilla Fairlife Core Power

  • 1 scoop Fruity Cereal Protein Powder (I have MyProtein, but I’m sure most fruity flavors would work!)

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

  • 1 tsp Swerve sweetener, or your choice

  • Mix-ins: Thawed cherries (not in the microwave)

  • Toppings: Cherries, graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Blend all of your ingredients.

  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint.

  3. I label it with these and use a chalk marker.

  4. Freeze for 24 hours.

  5. Remove the lid and place on the Lite Ice Cream setting.

  6. Normally, I would respin after the first full spin. Instead, for this flavor, I used the “mix-in” option as the next spin due to adding the thawed cherries. Make a hole in the middle as low as you can and add the thawed cherries. I recommend leaving as much of the liquid from the cherries out. Then choose “mix-ins” to run it. (Note: Thaw the cherries on the counter or in the fridge. You do not want to use warm cherries.)

  7. Add your toppings and enjoy!
