Protein Banana Cream Pie
For anyone who knows me knows I LOOVVEE my banana desserts!
Ingredients:
2 Boxes Instant Pudding Mix - Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Banana Cream
20 Ounces fat-free or low-fat Fairlife Plain Milk (or milk of choice)
2 Scoops Vanilla or Banana Protein Powder
1 Medium Banana, sliced
1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Optional toppings:
Light whipped cream
Extra banana slices
Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Mix your Instant Pudding, Protein, and Milk with a whisk or hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Cut your Banana into slivers. Lightly mix your slivers into the mix.
Pour your mix into your Pie Crust. Cover.
Put it into the fridge for around 2-3 hours.
Add your optional toppings: light whipped cream, banana slices, and graham cracker crumbs.
