Protein Banana Cream Pie

For anyone who knows me knows I LOOVVEE my banana desserts!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boxes Instant Pudding Mix - Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Banana Cream

  • 20 Ounces fat-free or low-fat Fairlife Plain Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Banana Protein Powder

  • 1 Medium Banana, sliced

  • 1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  • Optional toppings:

    • Light whipped cream

    • Extra banana slices

    • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Mix your Instant Pudding, Protein, and Milk with a whisk or hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Cut your Banana into slivers. Lightly mix your slivers into the mix.

  3. Pour your mix into your Pie Crust. Cover.

  4. Put it into the fridge for around 2-3 hours.

  5. Add your optional toppings: light whipped cream, banana slices, and graham cracker crumbs.
