Protein Banana Cream Pie

For anyone who knows me knows I LOOVVEE my banana desserts! I played around with sugar-free packets and regular, just because the store didn’t have sugar-free in stock (ordered on Amazon). The sweeter the pie, the more banana flavor. I think 1 sugar-free packet and one regular would be a great ratio!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boxes Instant Pudding Mix - Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Banana Cream (or 1 sugar-free and 1 regular)

  • 20 Ounces fat-free or low-fat Fairlife Plain Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Banana Protein Powder

  • 1 Medium Banana, sliced

  • ½ Cup Light Whipped Topping

  • Extra banana slices, for topping

  • Graham cracker crumbs, for topping

  • 1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Pie Crust - Fat-Free or Reduced Fat

Instructions:

  1. Mix your Instant Pudding, Protein, and Milk together with a whisk or hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Cut your Banana into slivers. Lightly mix your slivers into the mix.

  3. Pour your mix into your Pie Crust. Cover.

  4. Put it into the fridge for around 2-3 hours.

  5. Layer the top with your Whipped Topping, more banana slices, and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs.
