High Protein Queso Dip

This was delicious served with these Taco Bowls and sweet potato tortilla chips! Now you don’t have to feel guilty if you go to town on some queso dip 🤣 At the bottom, you’ll see Zoey eating it by itself, silly girl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium taco seasoning mix

  • ½ cup shredded cheese - cheddar, colby jack, or fiesta blend are my favorite!

  • About 1 Tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Add your cottage cheese, taco seasoning mix, shredded cheese and water into a food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth/creamy.

  2. Place your mix into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, mixing everything around every 20-30 seconds so that it heats up evenly.

  3. To make it on the stovetop you'll want to keep it moving in a pan over low-heat until warm.

  4. This was so yummy with sweet potato chips, but you have so many options here!
