Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps
Ingredients:
Beef:
3 lbs lean ground beef (always planning for leftovers!)
2 yellow onions, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
About 8 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
Burger Sauce: (for about 2 wraps, but make as much as you need!)
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
2 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Burritos:
Package of large tortillas (I like the Spinach & Herb Xtreme high-fiber ones)
Shredded cheese (I use cheddar or mozzarella)
Bag of shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced or diced (For about 4 wraps, depending on how many you are making.)
Sesame seeds, for serving
Instructions:
Cook the ground beef until there is no longer any pink. Add the sliced peppers and onions to the meat or cook in a separate skillet until soft.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder to taste.
Mix the burger sauce in a small bowl.
Spray the air fryer with olive oil.
Spread the sauce onto a tortilla and top with the peppers, onions, meat, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. Roll up tight and place in the air fryer, seam side down.
Spray the tops of the wraps with some olive oil.
Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
When done, slice it in half. Sprinkle each bite with sesame seeds for the full burger taste!
